The formation in the foreground (next to the tattooed elbow) is called the "praying madonna" and it was formed possibly by a subtle shifting of the huge boulder where it formed. The formation in the background (next to the red plaid shoulder) is actually over 10 meters (30 feet) tall at the opposite side of the huge cavern.
